You should be careful or try a different treatment if you have heart conduction disease, recent syncope, or severe low blood pressure. Being dehydrated and being in the heat make orthostatic symptoms worse. Before and after a dose change, stay hydrated, rise slowly, and don't do any hard workouts. Work shifts, red-eye flights, and going to the casino late at night can all make you more sleepy the next day. Don't raise the dose on those days; instead, take it earlier in the evening. Deep drowsiness, slow heart rate, and low blood pressure are all signs of an overdose. Get emergency medical care. Bring the bottle, no matter what brand it is.
